My playlist is quite a collection of artists I love! If I throw it on shuffle, I’ll be listening to:

🌟Who are you most influenced by?
So many wonderful people!
People come into our lives and constantly influence us in one way or another. Whether it be a mentor we wish to emulate, a colleague we look up to, a parent that shapes us, a friend that supports us, a partner that loves us or an enemy that reminds us. I take great pride in learning and being influenced by those that enter my life.
✨ What is one piece of advice you find yourself constantly sharing with your clients?

👍 How do you add value to your clients?
I am extremely passionate about helping others. I bring high energy, creativity, interaction and fun to my clients whether it’s a training session, a facilitated process, one-on-one coaching or HR support.
🦄 What do you think makes Stratford unique?
Stratford is made up of consultants with such vast experience and expertise that each client gains access to not just one consultant, but the entire breadth of Stratford’s resources.
😍 What is your favourite type of client engagement?
Anything that allows me to be a resource to an organization’s people and leaders. Whether it be through training them on new skills, facilitating strategy & effectiveness or coaching them to new insights and growth.
🤝 Do you sit on any boards or volunteer?
I was a volunteer with United Way for many years and have been volunteering my time with my children’s school, offering drama workshops and prop design for their school play production.
🚴 What are some of your favourite past times?
I love to workout, run, crochet, cook, play with my dogs, hang with my kids, read, craft and thrift shop!
📺Any recommended movies or TV programs?
I love all true crime shows, HGTV and reruns of Friends and Three’s Company!
On Netflix I am a huge fan of:

⛔️ What’s one of the biggest obstacles you’ve had to overcome as it relates to your career?
Finding the courage to leave an amazing organization after 18+ years to pursue my passion and focus around training, facilitation and coaching. Facing the unknown and the change that comes with consulting and self-employment.
