Without set objectives and proper discipline, the business process can start to deteriorate. In fact, according to HBR, 75% of Cross-functional teams are dysfunctional and only have a 19% project success rate.
To be successful, companies should have a clear idea about how to manage their projects and promote collaborative teams (both cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental) to keep their businesses on course.
There are no turnkey solutions to collaboration and project management that will work for every business, but with a little research and effort you can learn about the collaborative techniques and tools that are working for your industry.
