    Doug has extensive experience in all areas of intellectual property, including patents and industrial designs. Doug specializes in patent drafting and prosecution, with a focus on start-up innovation and protection. Doug has helped develop patent portfolios for small, medium and large sized optics companies.

    Over the last 30 years Doug’s clients have included start-ups, universities, research institutions, entrepreneurs and multinational corporations.
