Our client and friends at Calian recently announced that they had completed the acquisition of Decisive Group, a Stittsville, ON based company that builds, and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud, as well as managing and protecting data.

The finalization of this acquisition (first announced November 9) comes on the heels of the announcement that Calian is on track to hit $1B in annual revenues by 2026.
