The interview with Stratford's [President and CEO, Jim Roche](https://stratford.group/team/jimroche/) and [VP and Practice Lead, Business Operations, Colleen Kelley](https://stratford.group/team/colleenkelley/), highlights the differences between the team at Stratford Managers and typical business consultants.
