Longtime Stratford Intellectual Property client, LiveQoS was recently acquired by Adaptiv Networks. In an Ottawa Business Journal article "Gatineau's Adaptiv Networks acquires Kanata-based LiveQoS" it was remarked that "a key component of the acquisition is LiveQoS’s patent portfolio.

Now combined with Adaptiv’s own IP cache, the company will have rights to some 20 patent families in the SD-WAN market – “by far” the most intellectual property of any competitor in the space, according to Breton."

Working with LiveQoS and their CEO Martin Horne for the past 10 years, Stratford has been able to provide value and support to the organization's objectives. In a recent press release announcing the brand "Stratford Intellectual Property" Horne provides further insight into the value Stratford provides:

“Every CEO thinks for every investment – How can I get 80% of the value for 20% of the effort/cost. I think for IP, this is exactly the value proposition of Stratford Intellectual Property.” Says Martin Horne, CEO of LiveQoS.

The acquiring company, Adaptiv, has quickly decided to adopt Stratford Intellectual Property's Virtual IP Managment (VIPM™) service.
