One of Ottawa's (and Canada's) fastest growing companies, NetFore Systems' CEO, Ken Workun and President Allen Carpenter were recently interviewed along side Stratford's Tim Skelly, VP Strategy and Business Operations in an Ottawa Business Journal article titled "How Ottawa firms can manage the challenges from rapid growth".
The article focused on the specific growth challenges faced by NetFore Systems and other common "growing pains" associated with fast growth companies. In the research developed by Tim Skelley and Invest Ottawa on rapidly growing organizations, Tim remarks in the article how he hopes the research will help to educate and support other fast growth organizations like NetFore Systems here in Ottawa:
