Kinaxis named a Top Employer for Young People - Stratford Group Ltd.

Congratulations to Stratford client, Kinaxis for once again being named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People! Now in its 19th year, the list recognizes companies that offer programs and benefits to attract and retain young talent.

Among their reasons for selecting Kinaxis, the 2021 committee stated:

• Kinaxis hosted its sixth annual week-long hackathon, challenging employees to utilize their skills and creativity to improve and innovate on the company’s products and processes.
• Kinaxis offers co-op placements in a variety of disciplines including arts and communication, software engineering, and computing science, and employs dedicated personnel to manage its extensive onboarding and orientation program — new employees may also have the opportunity to have an informal lunch with the company’s CEO.
• Students on Kinaxis’s Machine Learning team are provided with a unique opportunity to work on a predefined project during their term that covers different areas of technology based on the student’s strengths. 

This year’s award adds to the growing list of accolades that Kinaxis has received for its dedication to their employees.
