In a recent interview with the Ottawa Business Journal, Stratford client Kinaxis, announces major foray into retail vertical. After becoming a major player in its industry, Kinaxis has now started expansion into the massive retail segment. The Kanata-based company reached an agreement in principle to acquire Rubikcloud, a Toronto-based software maker, in an all-cash deal worth $60 million USD.
During the OBJ interview, John Sicard, CEO explains:
“The acquisition has the potential to take Kinaxis to another level.”
