When asked by Craig what should companies keep in mind when they’re trying to do what Kinaxis has done which is go global and take on some big names with their software? Natalie replied with a few key points for organizations to consider with regards to the Intellectual Property:
- Make sure the entire culture of the company is focused on intellectual property protection so they know how to not loose the IP before it’s protected properly
- Trade secrets are important, particularly in SaaS, to keep and protect IP
