Stratford partnered with Techopia Live to broadcast the Women in Technology all-female panel event for International Women's Day on Thursday, March 8th, organized by the Women in Leadership Foundation's Ottawa Chapter and hosted at You.i TV's Kanata North office.
There has never been a better time for women to get into the tech sector but it’s up to them to grab the opportunities: that was the advice from an all-female panel moderated by Live 88.5 FM's Amal Wahab and featuring Trisha Cooke, Vice President of Marketing at You.i TV, Jenna Sudds, Executive Director of the CIO Strategy Council and Sheila James,Vice President of Operations at Veem.
Discussion focused on the barriers and opportunities facing women in the tech sector.
