I enjoy books about leadership and management, sales strategy and Canadian law.

In my private life: my husband, who just simply makes me happy.
In my work life: my wonderful Stratford colleagues, each with tons of expertise in their specific IP field, from whom I learn every day.
💡What is one piece of advice you find yourself constantly sharing with your clients?
Make no assumptions, investigate. IP strategy and management is incredibly important for allowing growth in your business.
👍 How do you add value to your clients?
I go out of my way to take care of my clients’ IP and provide them with a peace of mind about their IP.
🦄 What do you think makes Stratford unique?
By proactively taking care of our clients’ IP in line with their business strategy, providing a listening ear and recommending cost-effective strategic IP solutions.
😍What is your favourite type of client engagement?
I love to provide strategic IP advice to the clients, especially relating to trademarks or following insights through IP searching.
✨ Do you sit on any boards or volunteer?
When I was living in Belgium, I volunteered by offering free legal advice through a non-profit organization.

⛔️ What’s one of the biggest obstacles you’ve had to overcome as it relates to your career?
Having to basically rebuild my career after moving to Canada with my husband from Belgium, where I worked as a lawyer.

I want to offer clients a peace of mind relating to their IP and provide them with insights in IP strategy, which we develop and implement for them in alignment with their current business strategy.
