Stratford Managers’ client ADGA Group announces acquisition

Stratford Managers’ client, ADGA Group Consultants Inc. recently announced their second acquisition within four weeks, further broadening its security offerings through an acquisition of a local company that specializes in intelligence and investigation services.

ADGA, a defence services, engineering and consulting firm, says it’s purchased Ottawa-based Presidia Security Consulting, a company with experience in executive protection, risk mitigation, emergency preparedness, training and security program management.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition comes on the heels of ADGA’s purchase of Extravision Video Technologies earlier this year.
