Louise Reid continues the gender equity conversation with Techopia Live post panel event

Following the international women’s day panel event “It’s about business (not about women in business)“,Stratford Managers’ gender equity specialist and advocate, Louise Reid spoke with Craig Lord from Techopia and panelists Thusha Agampodi, Engineering Manager at Magnet Forensics andTamimi Ahmad, Developer Evangelist at Qlik to continue the discussion of gender equity and diversity in the workplace.

When asked about the theme of the panel event, here is what Louise had to say:

“When we think about business, it’s about business results. We’re looking to either grow customers, grow our revenue, typically those are the things that we’re looking to do. And what’s so great about this topic for me is that finally we have the research and data that shows so clearly that having women in business improves business results dramatically.”
