Stratford CEO Advisory Team Delivers Webinar for Ottawa Board of Trade

The CEO Advisory team at Stratford Managers (Mark Sutcliffe, Marc Grandbois, Mike Pascoe, Jim Roche, and Colleen Kelley) delivered a fantastic webinar in roundtable format for the Ottawa Board of Trade: The 5 Stages of Disaster Recovery – A framework for strengthening your organization.

Moderated by Mark Sutcliffe, the group started off by talking about the 5 Stages of Disaster Recovery and how the no linear framework can help organizations prepare for “what’s next”.

The group conducted a survey leading up the webinar exploring where organizations are in their recovery journies. Results were also shared during the webinar and interestingly enough many of the organizations (54%) found themselves in the stabilization phase. Watch the video below to learn more.
