David Thompson – CEO Advisory & Support Services

David has tremendous success having been the Owner/Operator/CEO/Shareholder or Vice President of 15 Corporations in 8 industries (Information Technology/ Retail Sales/Real Estate Development/Publishing/High Technology/Corporate Training/E-Learning Development and Management Consulting).  A serial entrepreneur, he will be joining Stratford to provide CEO Advisory  and Support Services.

Michael Gagnier – VP IT Strategy and Innovation

Michael is a senior business/digital, IT technology and transformation executive with proven experience in enterprise strategy and execution.  A seasoned strategic expert in delivery of innovative solutions through major IT  transformations in existing and start up organizations in many market verticals.  Michael is out of our Toronto office.


John Devins – VP, Sales Consulting

John is an entrepreneurial leader with global business development and sales operations experience in both large and smaller organizations implementing successful market strategies that deliver revenue growth and profitability. Following 10 years in of living in Singapore and working in Australasia, Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa, John has recently returned to Toronto, Canada. His focus at Stratford includes sales enablement consulting and interim management services.

Louise Reid – Senior Consultant, Human Resources Consulting

As a passionate Human Resources leader and Certified Coach, Louise brings diverse experience leading the development and implementation of HR solutions in support of key business challenges. She has unique specialties in leadership development and coaching, talent management and succession planning, corporate employee wellbeing programs, diversity and inclusion, and in building high-performance teams.
