Are you interested in receiving a complimentary Total Rewards Summary Report?
Stratford is conducting a Total Rewards survey and we invite your organization to participate.
The survey will be asking about aspects of Non Unionized Total Rewards programs. The Total Rewards program encompasses: Salaries, Short Term and Long Term Incentives, Benefits, Leave Programs, Employee Learning and Development.
The survey is broken down into the following sections:
- Total Rewards Philosophy and Strategy
- Compensation Policies and Practices
- Job Evaluation practices
- Salary practices
- Bonus/Short Term Incentive plans
- Long Term Incentive Plans
- Benefit Programs
- Retirement and Leave Programs
- Employee Learning and Development
- Performance Management Programs
All participating organizations will receive a complimentary summary report of the survey results (a $1000-$5000 value).
Participation is open to ANY organization – NFP, privately held, or publicly traded. All information and data provided will be held in strict confidence. Only aggregated results will be shared and included in any reports.
