    Natalie Giroux

    Natalie founded an intellectual property consulting practice at Stratford in 2009. Stratford Intellectual Property is now a full-service patent agency as a separate business unit of Stratford. She is a pragmatic achiever with over 25 years of experience in the areas of strategic intellectual property management, network performance engineering, traffic management, technical due diligence. 

    Throughout her career she has combined deep technical knowledge with business insight and leadership skills to serve a variety of leading-edge start-up and large companies. Prior to acting as the Chief Scientist and IP strategist for Gridpoint Systems, she was a partner at Skypoint Capital where she provided support to the portfolio companies in the implementation of effective intellectual property strategies and managed patent litigations. 

     
    Neil Henderson

    Neil Henderson is an intellectual property lawyer and partner in the Waterloo Region and Toronto offices of Gowling WLG. Registered as a patent and trademark agent in both Canada and the U.S., he delivers strategic legal advice on all matters related to IP portfolio management, particularly to clients in the technology and advanced research sectors.

    With comprehensive expertise in IP procurement and enforcement strategy, Neil offers services spanning initial patentability and use/registration searches and opinions through to the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications.
